The Question: Are You Sick?

Now, to answer this question, you have to thoroughly look at your day-to-day routine. In other words: How’s your diet? What types of body products are you using? Do you exercise? Are your hormones in check? Is your digestion where it should be? And so on…

These are all areas concerning health that must be addressed if you are to be considered ‘healthy.’ What’s sad is that many today THINK they’re living well when in reality…they’re not. As we like to say, the masses have been ‘TRICKED,’ and it’s getting worse! The question is…how do we fix it?

Well, fixing it can definitely be quite the challenge; yet, it’s not impossible. To be blunt and 100% honest, society will for sure continue its ‘sick cycle’ until our system obtains a pure approach toward living better. Along with ‘fixing our flawed and busted system,’ WE (the masses) in a sense, need to WAKE UP!

What do we mean by ‘wake up?’

Simply put, people need to stop depositing crap into their bodies. I see it every day, and to be quite honest, it’s really starting to get under my skin. Next time you’re at the grocery store, look into the person’s basket/cart next to you and you’ll see exactly what I’m talking about here. People are not buying food anymore! On top of that, the products most people are using on their bodies and in their homes are equally dangerous…no wonder why people are dying of diseases like cancer today! Not even our ‘beloved’ American cancer society promotes this type of awareness!

Take a look around…

People are FAT! REALLY FAT! And to be candid, losing fat does NOT entirely lie within a person’s genetics! People are fat because they’re eating horribly and living incorrectly! The age-old excuse of being ‘Big Boned’ or ‘Genetically Screwed’ is not a valid argument anymore either! We (humans) have a STRONG DNA. Millions of years of evolution have allowed us to possess the code to be durable, well and fit! But this code will simply not work if one decides to drink 5 sodas per day…see what we’re driving at here?

If you’re NOT fueling your body properly, why should it work correctly? The public has been ‘DOOPED!’ We have been led to believe that certain ‘diet foods’ and/or ‘diet plans’ are legit when in reality…they’re not. Being overweight and sick is caused by many factors, but ‘food intake’ is definitely a BIG chunk of it all!

The truth is that most people are sick, even if they feel well. Disease comes in many forms and they’re not all obvious or detectable by simple observation. The only true way to fix this is to purify your environment and means by which you live. In other words, reforming your diet and life overall to achieve optimal health. Stop treating symptoms of disease and start attacking the root causes of them instead! It’s time we think ‘outside the box’ in regards to health. This means, NO MORE PILL POPPING to treat ‘preventable conditions.’
